Bringing LGBTQ+ Family Stories to the Supreme Court
St. Mary, a preschool in Colorado, wants to deny admission to children of LGBTQ+ parents and still receive public funding through Colorado’s universal preschool program. And now, they’ve taken their case to the Supreme Court.
Family Equality, COLAGE, and Rocky Mountain Equality submitted an amicus curiae to share the stories of adult children with LGBTQ+ parents, LGBTQ+ adults, and Catholic parishioners with the Supreme Court Justices so that they can understand what’s really at stake in this case.
