Creating Welcoming Schools for LGBTQ+ Families

Schools across the country are back in session! In addition to all of the excitement a new year brings, many LGBTQ+ parents, caregivers, and youth are also facing unique challenges due to their family structure or identities.

Please join Family Equality and HRC on September 24th at 3pm ET / 12pm PT to learn about HRC’s Welcoming Schools program and how you can help build school communities that embrace family diversity, create LGBTQ+ and gender inclusive schools, prevent bias-based bullying, and support both LGBTQ+ students and the kids of LGBTQ+ parents.

All are invited to attend this free event, although registration is required.
