Mindfulness and meditation skills for big kids (9–12)! Learn practical skills for relaxing your body, finding your own safe space, and managing your feelings while you’re stuck at home with your family.

Amanda January is a licensed yoga instructor, former elementary school teacher, and health coach living in New Jersey. She is thrilled to be bringing her meditation practice to the kids of Family Equality!
