Join The Venture Out Project’s Founder, Perry Cohen, for a 30-minute full-body workout. Perry will take you through a warmup, high-intensity interval workout, and then cool down and stretch. This workout won’t require any equipment other than your energy and enthusiasm. If you feel like giving yourself an extra challenge, have a backpack loaded with some water bottles or other heavy objects handy! The Venture Out Project has been bringing the queer community together to experience the beauty and fun of the wilderness since 2015. Their trips are run by queer people for queer people and are open to all levels of experience.
