This coming Monday marks the beginning of Pride Month and the halfway point between Mothers’ and Fathers’ Day. To celebrate, we’re coming together with Mombian, an award-winning lifestyle site for lesbian moms and other LGBTQ+ parents, to host #LGBTQFamiliesDay, a special time to celebrate this community of LGBTQ+ families who might not always fit into the traditional family structure that Mothers’ and Fathers’ Day recognize.
How you choose to celebrate LGBTQ+ Families Day is up to you. While we’d never turn down the chance for breakfast in bed or homemade #LGBTQFamiliesDay cards, you can also see this day as an opportunity to boost visibility for our families or connect more with this community.
