November is National Adoption Month and in this episode we celebrate by talking with four LGBTQ parents who share their family adoption stories. 

Meet Our Guests

Jamie and Bo Nabozny live in Brooklyn Park Minnesota where they are raising their four sons. Jamie’s parents also live in the Nabozny household along with their dog Tino and bearded dragon Baby. It’s a busy place! They are actively involved in Family Equality Council locally as well as other LGBTQ family groups.

Katie and Samantha Mitchell reside in Lafayette Indiana with their three daughters, ages 5, 11, and 13. The Mitchells are also dog lovers and have five dogs. Katie and Samantha both work in healthcare and have a passions for helping others. Katie is the director of a mental healthcare company and Samantha a first assistant to an orthopedic surgeon . When they are not busy chasing around children and their busy schedules they love to attend Family Equality events in the Midwest! We are also big supporters of our LGBTQ community
