as part of “America’s Affordable Health Choices Act,” HR 3200.

If the health-care reform bill moves forward as is, it will mean
that an employee who covers their domestic partner or same-sex
spouse will no longer pay more in income tax than married
heterosexual couples. We’ve been lobbying Congress, drafting
suggested language for our elected allies, and mobilizing our
supporters to make sure that LGBT families are included in
comprehensive health care with provisions such as this one. We’ll
