On June 13th, the Boston lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender
community will come together and celebrate New England’s largest
Pride event. For over 39 years, Boston Pride has
organized the Pride Festival, which now includes over one hundred
vendors and merchants. This year, Family Equality
Council will be a part of the festivities, bringing a
family-friendly booth to Boston Pride.

The Family Equality Council’s booth will be located right next to
COLAGE’s booth. The booth will include face painting for
children, as well as space for children to draw their families.
Stop by to learn more about Family Equality Council’s work, to
learn about local volunteer opportunities, including Family
Week (held August 1-8 in Provincetown, MA)! Several Family
Equality Council staff and interns will be available to chat, play
with kids, and answer your questions.
The Boston Pride festival will begin at 12pm at City Hall Plaza,
and is only a short walk from the Government Center “T” stop.
