Your Needs Matter: Why Caring for Your Self is an Act of Generosity

But especially during this global pandemic, it’s important to deconstruct and consciously examine the beliefs you hold about how much you’re allowed to tend to your Self, the impact your Self-care has on your relationship with your child, and more. In this workshop with Nic Strack, you’ll have an opportunity to discover some of the most impactful beliefs you hold around what it means to care for your Self and start to reframe how you think about the importance of care.
