COVID-19 and Our Families: A Town Hall

Family Equality’s LGBTQ+ policy experts have been hard at work fighting to ensure that our families are included in all COVID-19 emergency response legislation—and now, they want to hear from you!
How has COVID-19 impacted your family? Do you feel you have faced discrimination or anti-LGBTQ responses when seeking services? What do you need from your local, state, and federal government? And how can we advocate for you in the coming weeks and months?
Your experiences will shape our priorities as we continue this fight for full lived and legal LGBTQ+ equality. In this townhall, we will also give you an update on what we’re doing to protect families like yours and answer questions you might have about legislation that impacts your families. This is a great opportunity to direct our work and share your story with this community! We hope to see you there.
