On Monday, December 6, at 10 a.m. in San Francisco, a three
judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral
arguments in the case to overturn Proposition 8 and to ensure that
same-sex couples have the freedom to marry.
The proceedings will be televised starting at 10 a.m. PST on
Monday, December 6.
