Perry will take you through a warmup\, high-intensity interval workout\, and then cool down and stretch. This workout won’t require any equipment other than your energy and enthusiasm. If you feel like giving yourself an extra challenge\, have a backpack loaded with some water bottles or other heavy objects handy! Dr. Veldorale-Griffin will provide you with concrete tips and tricks for understanding how trauma manifests in our day-to-day lives and how to mitigate its effects.\n\n\n \n\n \nDr. Veldorale-Griffin is an Assistant Professor in Marriage and Family Sciences at Northcentral University and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida with over 10 years’ experience working in private practice and agency settings. She has a PhD in Family and Child Sciences and specializes in working with transgender youth and adults and their families.
